# Portweinhäuser, Marken und heutige Eigentümer

Der Portweinmarkt wird heute von einigen grossen Unternehmensgruppen und Familien geprägt, die mehrere traditionsreiche Häuser und Marken unter einem Dach vereinen. Daneben bestehen weiterhin unabhängige Familienbetriebe und einzelne Häuser mit eigenständiger Eigentümerstruktur.

Die folgenden Grafiken zeigen die heutigen organisatorischen Zuordnungen. Historische Namen werden nur aufgeführt, wenn sie noch als Marke, Portweinhaus oder betriebliche Einheit bestehen.

- **Eigentümerfamilie:** Familie, die eine Gruppe oder ein Haus kontrolliert
- **Portweinhaus / Produzent:** operative Einheit oder historisches Portweinhaus
- **Marke / Quinta:** zugehörige Marke, Lage, Quinta oder wichtige Produktlinie
- **Unabhängiges Haus:** Produzent ausserhalb einer grossen Mehrmarkengruppe

### Wichtige aktuelle Änderungen

- **Sogevinus Fine Wines** tritt seit 2025 als **Kopke Group** auf. Die Häuser Kopke, Cálem, Burmester und Barros bleiben Teil des Portfolios.
- **Gran Cruz** wurde 2023 als Betriebsgesellschaft in **Granvinhos** umbenannt. Porto Cruz und die weiteren Markennamen bestehen fort.
- **Rozès** gehört mit Stand September 2026 weiterhin zu **Maison Pommery & Associés**. Die Gespräche über einen Verkauf an Henkell Freixenet wurden im August 2026 ohne Vereinbarung beendet.
- **Feuerheerd’s** gehört heute zu **The Wine Collection**. Die historische Verbindung zu Quinta de la Rosa ist kein aktuelles Eigentumsverhältnis.

Auch die unabhängigen Häuser werden einzeln dargestellt, damit zwischen ihnen keine organisatorische Verbindung suggeriert wird.

## Einordnung und Abgrenzung

Die Grafik unterscheidet zwischen rechtlicher oder organisatorischer Zugehörigkeit und blossen historischen Verbindungen. Eine Quinta wird deshalb nur dann unter einem Haus aufgeführt, wenn sie nach den geprüften Quellen aktuell zu dessen Betrieb oder Markenportfolio gehört.

Bei Familienunternehmen nennt die Übersicht nach Möglichkeit die heute kontrollierende Familie. Das bedeutet nicht zwingend, dass sämtliche Anteile ausschliesslich bei dieser Familie liegen. Börsennotierte oder über Holdings kontrollierte Gesellschaften werden über die jeweils öffentlich erkennbare Oberstruktur dargestellt.

Nicht aufgenommen sind Wein-, Spirituosen- und Tourismusmarken der Gruppen, die keinen unmittelbaren Portweinbezug haben. Die Übersicht konzentriert sich ausserdem auf bekannte, noch aktive Portweinhäuser und Marken; sie ist kein vollständiges Verzeichnis aller beim Instituto dos Vinhos do Douro e do Porto registrierten Abfüller.

### Noch nicht abschliessend bestätigte Zuordnungen

- **J.H. Andresen:** Sekundärquellen nennen die Familie Flores dos Santos als Eigentümerfamilie. Eine ausreichend klare, aktuelle offizielle Gesellschafterangabe war nicht öffentlich zugänglich.
- **Blackett:** Die Marke wird von Alchemy Wines, Port Wines & Vineyards geführt. Die dahinterstehenden wirtschaftlich Berechtigten liessen sich anhand öffentlich zugänglicher Primärquellen nicht abschliessend bestätigen.
